About FEDA
牛津大学未来教育发展协会（Future Education Development Association, FEDA）成立于牛津大学教育系，搭建教育研究与实践之间的桥梁，促进全球教育研究者、实践者、创业者与政策制定者之间的交流与合作。
The Oxford Future Education Development Association (FEDA) is an educational society founded within the Department of Education at the University of Oxford, which focuses on shaping the future of education globally. FEDA is committed to bridging the gap between educational practice and research while fostering collaboration among education researchers, practitioners, entrepreneurs, and policymakers worldwide.
FEDA's mission is to establish an integrated communication platform that facilitates dialogue and cooperation among stakeholders in education. FEDA's community benefits have been recognised by the Aularian Award from St Edmund Hall, Oxford, in 2024. Through a variety of activities, FEDA addresses the issues of the following critical aspects of education.

FEDA organizes initiatives to foster innovation and entrepreneurship within the education sector. FEDA holds education entrepreneurship sessions to support students interested in starting education enterprises. FEDA also supports students in reaching out to VC companies and provides a platform for networking between students with education entrepreneurial ideas to create better educational enterprise projects to drive positive change and advance educational practices.
FEDA为教育相关专业的学子提供多元化的职业发展资源与支持。协会举办教育企业宣讲会，帮助学生了解顶尖教育机构；同时开设职业分享会，邀请来自非政府组织、学校及教育行业的从业者分享经验，启发学生了解教育相关职业路径，获得实用的职业建议与行业洞见。
FEDA offers a wealth of programs and resources designed to support the career development of educators and education professionals. Our corporate information sessions provide a unique opportunity to connect with leading education companies, while our sharing sessions offer invaluable insights into various job positions related to education, such as NGO workers and teachers. These sessions, led by experienced professionals, aim to inspire and motivate students by sharing real-world experiences and career advice.
