25年1月,FEDA联合剑桥中国教育论坛、牛津中国学生学者联谊会、光尘科创等组织,成功在上海盛大天地源创谷举办牛剑教育之夜年度盛典,汇聚了教育、学术、商业等近百人多领域的专家和领袖,共同探讨教育行业的最新发展趋势,挖掘创新机遇,并为未来的教育变革提供了源源不断的智慧与动力。活动受到新航道国际教育集团和汇丰银行的赞助支持。

In January 2025, FEDA co-hosted the Oxbridge Education Night Gala with the Cambridge China Education Forum, the Oxford Chinese Students and Scholars Association, and UNIQUES at Shengda Tiandi Innovation Valley, Shanghai. Supported by New Channel International Education Group and HSBC, the gala brought together nearly a hundred experts and leaders from education, academia, and business to discuss emerging trends, explore innovation opportunities, and inspire ideas for the future of education reform.

24年5月,FEDA于牛津Exeter College Cohen Quad举办教育创业分享会。邀请牛津教育系博士生郝煜和教育集团创始人,从教育初创公司vs非盈利的教育NGOs两个角度,从校外教育和校内教育两个板块分享他们自己的教育创业经历和宝贵建议。让教育的职业可能性不仅仅停留在"教师",也让教育创业也不再局限于"中介"。我们共同探讨了如何在教育领域通过创业,实现教育创新,扩大教育影响力。从校园内的课堂教育,到生活中的研学教育;从影响一个班级的孩子,到影响世界各地的孩子。讨论教育创业的各种可能性,为大家提供新的灵感和方向。

In May 2024, FEDA held the Being an Edupreneur seminar at Exeter College, Oxford. The event invited Oxford DPhil student Hao Yu and an education company founder to share their experiences from two perspectives—educational startups and nonprofit NGOs—covering both formal and informal education. The discussion expanded the understanding of education careers beyond "teaching" and redefined educational entrepreneurship beyond "agency work," exploring how innovation can extend educational impact from classrooms to the global stage.

24年6月,FEDA于牛津St Edmund Hall举办了一场以"NGO"为主题的教育就业沙龙。邀请了来自英国、阿拉伯地区、非洲和澳大利亚的一众NGO代表,覆盖性别公平、原住民权益、国际志愿者等不同领域,与众多对NGO领域感兴趣的听众们分享NGO的运行模式、发展途径、与联合国的合作方式,以及如何参与NGO工作等内容。这些交让大家对NGO有一个多维度的了解,帮助有意向从事NGO工作的求职者,也为那些想成立自己NGO的人提供可持续发展的思路。

In June 2024, FEDA organised an NGO Career Salon at St Edmund Hall, focusing on careers in nonprofit organisations. Speakers from the UK, the Arab world, Africa, and Australia—representing fields such as gender equality, indigenous rights, and international volunteering—shared insights into NGO operations, partnerships with the United Nations, and ways to get involved. The event provided participants with a multidimensional understanding of NGOs and offered practical guidance for those seeking to work in or establish nonprofit organisations.

24年7月,FEDA在AI背景下,开展"AI 设计在产业和教育中的变革"、"AI 在语言教育中的数据与应用"、"AI 与教育生态创新"三场论坛,邀请到中国传媒大学副教授、水母智能 CEO、British Council英国文化协会研究员、牛津教育系博士生、UN联合国AI伦理道德与数据隐私顾问代表等重磅嘉宾,深入探讨Gen AI在教育中的应用,分享最新研究成果和实践经验,分析技术带来的机遇与挑战。

In July 2024, FEDA hosted a three-part AI + Education online forum, featuring panels on "AI Design in Industry and Education," "AI Data and Application in Language Learning," and "AI and Educational Ecosystem Innovation." Distinguished speakers included an Associate Professor from the Communication University of China, the CEO of Jellyfish Intelligence, a British Council researcher, an Oxford DPhil student, and a UN AI Ethics and Data Privacy advisor. The forum examined the opportunities and challenges brought by generative AI in education and showcased cutting-edge research and applications.

In March 2025, FEDA held an Academic Roundtable on Critical Thinking at the Oxford Department of Education Library. The session explored the similarities and differences between "speculative thinking" in Chinese argumentative writing and "critical thinking" in English essays. Scholars from diverse disciplines contributed deep insights based on their academic writing experience, engaging in thought-provoking cross-cultural and interdisciplinary discussions that transformed the roundtable into a vibrant intellectual exchange.

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence, digital learning, and cross-cultural exchange is driving profound transformations in educational models, while economic uncertainty, policy shifts, and the increasing complexity of international collaboration continue to pose new challenges for the education sector.

In December 2025, FEDA hosted an informal gathering at St Anne's College, Oxford, designed with no pitches, no slides, no demos, and no judges. The event brought together participants to explore emerging entrepreneurial opportunities in the age of AI, fostering early-stage idea exchange and open, candid discussion.
